Description
The main aim of this book is to use the framework for Baptist denominationalism developed in Volume 1 to evaluate three significant Baptist groupings in Southern Africa, namely the Baptist Union of Southern Africa, Sola 5 and the Fellowship of Baptist Churches of South Africa. The historical details and development of each of these groupings are researched in some detail, and their adherence to the framework evaluated. Finally, a table indicating their respective strengths and weaknesses is compiled.
This book is based on a PhD thesis completed in 2012.
